Time and Chance

I have seen something else under the sun: The race is not to the swift or the battle to the strong, nor does food come to the wise or wealth to the brilliant or favor to the learned; but time and chance happen to them all.

Ecclesiastes 9:11

A cheetah, its form dynamic and in motion, is depicted in a vibrant oil painting.

The cheetah is rendered in a style that emphasizes its speed and agility. Its spotted coat, in warm tones of tan, brown, and black, is highly detailed. The fur appears thick and textured as the cheetah moves, creating a sense of the animal’s muscular form.

The background is a dramatic swirl of golden, amber, and dark orange painted grasses, or foliage, suggesting a landscape bathed in the sun’s rays. The brushstrokes are bold and expressive, creating a sense of energy and movement. The cheetah appears suspended in the midst of its run, highlighting its rapid motion.

The overall impression is of a hunt with the cheetah running at full speed.
